1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped using insured international shipping services. To ensure your purchase arrives safely, every shipment is fully insured during transit.

Duties & Taxes

Where possible, duties and import taxes may be prepaid (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). However, please note that some countries may apply local taxes or fees upon delivery depending on local regulations.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak season demand, or international logistics conditions.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Alessa Diamond Jewels LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost packages marked as delivered, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.

2. Exchange & Store Credit Policy

Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not offer standard refunds. Instead, eligible items may be exchanged or issued store credit.

Eligibility

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and must include all original packaging and certificates. All returned items are subject to a quality control review and must be suitable for resale after inspection.

Exchange or Store Credit

Approved requests may receive a product exchange or store credit. Store credit is non-refundable and can only be used on alessadiamond.com.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Resized rings
  • Special order or bespoke designs
  • Selective stone-pick orders
  • Sale or promotional items
