2. Exchange & Store Credit Policy
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not offer standard refunds. Instead, eligible items may be exchanged or issued store credit.
Eligibility
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging and certificates
- Be suitable for resale after inspection
All returned items are subject to quality control review.
Exchange or Store Credit
Approved requests may receive:

- Store credit
Store credit is non-refundable and can only be used on alessadiamond.com.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

- Engraved or personalized items
- Resized rings
- Special order or bespoke designs
- Selective stone-pick orders
- Sale or promotional items

Each piece is handcrafted or made-to-order. As a result, slight variations may occur in:
- Stone appearance and brilliance
- Metal tone and finish
- Weight and dimensions
- Color representation on different screens
These variations are natural and not considered defects.
